Payment deadline and conditions

Full payment must be received before the corresponding registration deadlines to benefit from early/pre onsite registration rates.

Changes, substitutions and cancellation of registration

Notification of changes or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the IHPBA 2016 Registration Department at registration@ihpba.org.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • All refunds will be made after the Congress
  • All bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.

  • Cancellations up to and including 10 December, 2015
  • Cancellation on or after 11 December, 2015
  • 70% refund
  • No refund


Name changes and substitutions

If you are unable to attend, you may be substituted by a colleague. Name changes will be subject to an administration fee of USD 50.
