Payment of registration fees should be made by one of the following methods. Please note that we do not accept payment by Check:-
- Payment by credit card is available only through the online form.
- We accept: VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
- All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrant
- The actual amount in your local currency is likely to change according to exchange rates.
- The merchant name on your credit card statement will be “IHPBA 2016”
- All bank remittances are to be paid by the registrant
- The sender’s name and confirmation number should be provided as the bank reference
- A copy of the remittance should be emailed to email@example.com
- Please ensure that the sender’s name is on the remittance
